Former NFL Safety Bernard Pollard joins the pod this week to talk about his 9 yr NFL career, his post-NFL life & business endeavors, his "HBO Hard Knocks" moment and we settle a personal score from the IU-Purdue Old Oaken Bucket game in 2005.

Checking in with an old pal and former NFL offensive lineman Rich Ohrnberger who's now a radio host for Xtra 1360 in San Diego. Rich gives us an idea of how and when he started thinking about a transition from the NFL into the media and doesn't give me enough credit for launching his media career with an old interview clip you'll also hear in this episode. Rich gives his thoughts on the state of the NFL fan in San Diego as well.

The 'Move the Sticks' podcast joins the NFLifestyle pod here for episode 5.
