1 Week into the New Year! WHAT NOW?
Hey boss lady. It is Angela here, and we need to get into something very specific today because we’re one week into the new year. Seven days has already passed… just that fast. Can you believe it? And there are goals that you said you would definitely achieve in 2024. You were so sure of it!
How's that going for you? I mean, let's just be real. We’re seven days in. And, uh, are you doing anything differently than you did last year? Do you think differently? Is your behavior different? Not really?? Okay. No problem. You have plenty of time to self-correct and actually achieve the goals that you said you wanted to achieve in 2024, There is a specific way to do it.
It's not going to just happen because you want it to, You need to have diligence, but diligence doing what? Well, that's, what I'm going to share with you today. Do I Fear Failure or Success?

The Problem with Big Dreams
You probably heard your whole life, that you should dream big. Right. And I think you should dream big. Everybody that told you to dream big was right. And I'm I'm your biggest cheerleader. I want you to dream big. I want you to dream the biggest dream that you have ever dreamt. In your entire life, but there's a problem with the big dream that. We just cannot ignore. When to Say, NO!
Hey boss lady! Why would I be excited about talking about the word, No? Well, because there is something to be said about the power of no, there is loads of information out there about the power of no. There's even information out there about the power of yes. But I would rather do a deeper dive than just the power of no. I would rather talk about when to say no, because in my opinion, when to say no, it's where the power is, but I don't want to talk about when to say no to others. I would rather do a deep dive on when to say NO to YOURSELF!

Answering Your WHY??! The Key to Overcoming Overwhelm
I want to talk about WHY. Have you ever been in the presence of a three-year-old, maybe your daughter, nephew, someone you've seen in the grocery store and they ask a question? When the toddler doesn't get the answer that they want, or the answer that satisfies them, The immediate response of the toddler is WHY??!
I think we, as adults should kind of take the cue of that toddler and really answer the why in our lives. Not why things go wrong, not why things had to happen, but why am I here? And when you center around the why you are here in life, it is so much easier to overcome overwhelm.
