    Cait is a registered Nutritional Therapist, graduating from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition this summer after studying Kinesiology at the University of Arkansas previously.

    Cait has specific interest in microbiome, stress, fatigue and burnout as well as weight loss. By using nutritional and lifestyle modifications she is passionate about supporting, balancing and restoring peoples passion, lifestyle and vibrance in life.

    As an ex international swimmer, and avid surfer, Cait is very aware of the trials, stresses and demands that sport can put on your body and is confident in the education, recovery and resilience training to support clients in whatever they want to do.
