Such informative podcast

Really am so grateful to have found this podcast. I’m a vegan for about 3 years and have always worked out without great results . I’ve lately shed a lot of weight on a diet plan, before discovered Fritz, but keeping it off and maximising gains in the gym is easier with the motivation and info I get from this podcast. Thanks for the content guys.
