Resilience - "The Art of Bounce-back-ability‪"‬ Take a break...stress less!

    • Mental Health

This is the third episode of the Stress less in 2020" podcast .

Of the episodes published so far, this is probably the most timely as, here in the UK, we are entering the second week of a national lockdown.

In this episode you'll find a brief explanation of what resilience is, why its beneficial and some simple guidance as to how it might be enhanced/developed.

To continue the theme of mindfulness, it also includes a version of a "Lovingkindness Meditation" that not only encourages "self care and compassion" but also enables a way of staying connected with family and friends during this challenging time of social distancing.
