Robert Pardi shares his unique journey as a caregiver for his young wife, Desiree, who was a physician diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 30. While Desiree specialized in guiding her patients through end of life decision making and planning, she approached her own illness in a unique way. She needed Robert to take on a primary liaison role and even, at times act as a "buffer" when it came to the facts of the advancement of her disease, so she could focus on the battle at hand and live her life to its fullest under difficult circumstances.
