Social Emotional Learning (SEL) isn’t what its promoters represent, but serves as a Trojan Horse for WOKE indoctrination. It’s a kind of replacement parenting, where the government, operating through the public school counseling system, assumes the role of parent to teach values, ethics, decision making, and self‐management. About half of Americans say public K-12 education is going in the wrong direction. A Center survey of public schools teachers found that 82% think the overall state of public education has gotten worse in the past five years. Many teachers are pessimistic about the future. We cover a series of surveys released by the Pew Research, and it is raising parent’s alarm bells to the max! Parents need to make an informed decision about their children’s education and here at POK we don’t shy away from telling you just how bad it is in the public school system.
