THE ISLE RETURNETH!
After a long ole break we welcome you back to the Isle for the opening of a brand new book, with brand new themes, settings, characters, and structuring. Truly, we are in uncharted territory now. To break us in I go through a mini-review of the different POV arcs before breaking into the world of Oldtown and the Citadel, the four krakens grasping in Balon's wake, and the meeting of the Sand Snakes down on the dunes of Dorne.
Today we go through:

- Areo I (The Captain of the Guards)
Jump aboard the Isle for an examination of these two new areas of focus, the possible future arcs of Areo, the patterns of the prologues, and just how much stuff we still don't have answers for...not that that's going to stop us guessing.
