Hey Boss Babes , welcome to another episode of Thevibeswithpattymayyo. I want to welcome you and thank you for listening. In today’s episode we talk about overcoming negative thoughts and self doubt during our journey to becoming a better version of our self. In life things aren’t always going to go as planned and unexpected things can happen. Most of us wouldn’t of expected that we would be living in times of a global pandemic but here we are and we are all making it work in our own way. We have to be kinder to ourselves and remember we are on a journey towards something greater and that doesn’t come without hard work. You are stronger than those negative thoughts and you will be able to train your mind to think of positive alternatives for every situation. You will be able to know the difference between what is worth fighting for and what is worth walking away from. The journey will feel less like a battlefield
And more like a force field of protection.
