Hello, and welcome to 10 minutes of 'Simply Being' meditation. 

This is the second episode of the meditation series that I am preparing for you. 

The aim of this short meditation is to help you slow down and tune into the calmness of the present moment. 

This meditation is perfect if you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious or too busy! The practice will encourage you to drop out of the thinking mind and drop into the heart space so you can simply exist in the present moment. 

Now, give yourself permission to find stillness for 10 minutes and simply exist with no effort required at all!
