Sarah-Marie and her partner sought to solve a big problem for the electric vehicle charger infrastructure. They got backed by investors, partners, and even users, but their model relied on people traveling from place to place. So, after the first lockdown and travel restrictions were lifted they decided to launch thinking that those restrictions wouldn't come back. The reality was that lockdowns continued and travel bans were extended so they were forced to pivot their business model, killing the original approach and sending them to initial grounds.

Don fell in love with independent radio so much he sought to create a business that provided services to those radio stations. Little did he know he was set to face against people in power who were going to oppose his venture and kill his initiative. Luckily his tenacity and resilience helped him overcome every challenge he faced and finally he was able to build the business he had envisioned.

Applaud was a bookings platform for the music industry that seek to help musicians with the negotiation, payments, and contact for the live events. After several setbacks and challenges the app was ready and launched in March 2020. Sadly after that month music bookings stopped due to lockdown measures seeking to slow down the pandemic. Luke was not slowed down and was able to quickly pivot towards a new business model.

EconoMe is the first largest event for the FIRE Movement and making it happen was no easy task, luckily Diania is really passionate about personal finance, so her determination and entrepreneurial spirit led her to overcome every challenge from choosing the wrong partner, investing in marketing with no return over the investment, to a worldwide lockdown that badly impacted the live event industry.

Mariana is a long time entrepreneur from Uruguay, who we came an immigrant in Canada, through her journey she faced a lot of fuck ups that shaped her perspective. After overcoming those hardships, she realized that her mindset had changed when she understood that her business was not only a store to sell fashion accessories but also a vehicle to empower women, from that moment her life changed.

Intrapreneurship is key for the established companies to grow and Wilbert's journey found a lot of F***Ups while innovating and seeking for new business lines.
