This may be a hard truth to swallow, but the reality is, you have to take care of yourself first. Remaining in your truth and not betraying yourself to people please will always create the highest outcome for all big picture. The challenging part is trusting your truth and not folding to satsify others wants and needs. Putting yourself first is a practice. And in this episode we talk about it's importance.
