After a hiatus of almost two months, your favourite father and daughter duo is back! While it's impossible to cover every aspect of women's rights in Islam within a few minutes, in this episode we briefly explore this topic. How has society and culture blurred and poisoned the authentic importance of women in Islam? What are some hadiths that clearly explain the high rank of women in Islam? What are some ways we can move away from the social and cultural toxic bind of oppressing women, particularly by understanding the authentic message of Islam?

How do you break out of those restrictions and expectations? What is the Islamic approach to breaking away from those norms? In our first official episode, my father and I discuss the importance of a strong relationship between a parent and their child. While we often hear a lot about how a child should honour their parent, we don't hear nearly as much about how a parent should honour their child. Join us to hear about two important points: a parent spending quality time with their child and how detrimental a parent comparing their child to someone else can be.
