What is it like to spend hours alone in an ancient cave of transformation where Gaelic warriors endured periods of isolation to prove their manhood? Nourishing

I love the connection to nature and that Irish myth is both Irish and universal but there is so much wisdom that could have been lost but people Martin Shaw are continuing the story telling. I’d love to listen to more and more of these stories if you could share these sources through your podcast. I hope you are healing from your illness.

A box of treasures

Absolutely wonderful where science meets the rich mythology of Ireland. A treasure throve and wondrous journey with the rich eclectic mind of Manchán.
