The Starter Kit is taking trips to Mt. Druitt, a disadvantaged Sydney suburb, to follow the meteoric rise of the drill group Onefour as they emerged as the biggest music act in Australia. In this documentary, available on Netflix, we find out how the group formed by protecting each other on the streets, how they started making music in a youth center recording studio, how they fought police harassment and multiple incarcerations, and how they represented for a people and community too long casted aside as dangerous and crime ridden. The music is both violently authentic and authentically violent, leading to questions and conversations about art and whether to limit what's seen as glorifying street violence. We introduce you to the members, talk through their journey and give our final grade for
