Episode Five- Emil Grimsson founder and chairman of Arctic Trucks is an experienced adventurer. Emil has participated in many expeditions in both the Arctic and Antarctic and is one of very few people that have traversed the continent of Antarctica.  Arctic Trucks is a logistics service provider that has been operating continually in Antarctica since 2008. The Arctic Trucks vehicles have already made big impact on transportation’s on the continent and Arctic Trucks vehicles are the only wheeled vehicles that are permitted to drive on Antarctica. In this podcast Emil shares the history of Arctic Trucks, and speaks about his experiences on various expeditions over the years. He explores the history of collaboration between Arctic Trucks and Nokian Tyres and also provides some very interesting insight and advice for driving in extreme cold conditions.

In this third episode we chat with Francoise Graciet Holllander. Francoise is one of the founders and owners of Euro4x4parts and is also an avid and very successful offroad racer.
Francoise grew up in Alsace close to the German border. From an early age she had a yearning to travel and to explore the world.
For Francoise 4x4 touring offers an opportunity to take the road less travelled and to enjoy the exploration of some remote and beautiful places not accessible to most people. She explains that “I think that off roading is really answers to a basic need of people. The need for us to have full freedom and autonomy for travel. In this second episode we chat with Phillip Bond, founder of APB Trading Ltd. Phillip is one of the UK pioneers of 4WD Touring and vehicle expedition preparation and equipping. Phillip shares somes stories of some notable vehicles that have come through his depot. In  this first episode, we chat with Ferran Revoltos, founder of  Navigattor.  Ferran has travelled the world since a very young  age as a child , with his parents, and in more recent years as an avid explorer and fan of travel and 4WD touring.  He speaks six languages and reckons that its easier for him to count the countries he has not yet been to then those that he has. In this episode Ferran shares a little bit of his history , background,  and travel his experiences.  He explains for us, the important differences between on road and off road navigation and tells the story of how he came to found his company Navigattor, which makes top quality, robust off road GPS navigation systems.
