Today I will share how I get back on track and do a ROUTINE RESET
Look at where you have come from and realize that you are starting again (reset) at a new level. You are not where you were, you are where you are now!…Progress has been made so celebrate it! Now we get to get back on track by doing a routine reset - it is like rebooting your computer and getting things working great again.
Have you ever had things going so well and your life seems to be cruising along so smooth and you’re making progress and you are feeling amazing and then… Something happens and you feel like your running on a flat tire.
Life Happens and a circumstance, or a choice, bumps us out of our beautiful routine.

I love to be outdoors...Today I will share how I prepare for a day of adventure (aka Golf Tournament or adventure riding, hiking etc…) and ensure that i have the fuel required to live with uncommon energy, health and performance.

Diabetics have unique challenges… among these are when our blood sugar causes fatigue and times when blood sugar issues cause a lack of mental focus (we sometimes call this brain fog).
Blood sugar challenges can play havoc with our day. How to choose 1 thing that, changes everything
Our mindset is a huge factor to our mental health...we choose our beliefs, our focus, our emotions, and our words... How can we have more control over those things? We will assess and discuss how having an accountable vs victim mindset is very powerful.
How do we gain control over our mindset and emotional state in these uncertain times we are living in? Are we living above or below the line?
We only need to change 1 of the 3 moulders of emotion to be able to transform our state. This alone will be a contributing factor, to whether we are making our personal and professional life choices from an accountable (above the line) or Victim (below the line) mindset and attitude.
How does our focus and meaning impact our choices?
How does our Physiology impact our emotions?
How does our language impact our personal and professional lives?

As a person living with Type 1 diabetes for almost 30 years I can not emphasize enough, how important it is to read and understand what the labels and nutritional facts are telling us on the food we buy.
I felt it would be good to share a video on how misleading labels can be from a mentor, and person I respect Dr. Eric Berg.
