Pro Wrestler Reacts to Los Guerreros vs Team Angle on Smackdown!
We chose this match because we LOVE Eddie Guerrero, but we also love Chavo Guerrero. And what better way to show off their talents than the last time they win the tag team titles?

Chavo Guerrero and Eddie Guerrero are one of the main reasons Smackdown was MUST WATCH during the mid 2000's. As a part of the Smackdown 6, they were having main event quality matches every week. Same goes for Team Angle. Team Angle was on the other side of the Smackdown 6 where they may have not been the "name" value of Kurt Angle, but they were working with the BEST of the BEST and carrying their weight to have some of the best matches of our generation.

This match analysis and breakdown is a love letter to this era in Smackdown! Emotions make us remember moments in our lives. The reason you don't remember this ladder match between Jeff Hardy and RVD is because it wasn't about EMOTIONS. It's a battle of one upmanship between two babyface (good guy) champions.  
So, how can you have a GOOD babyface ladder match? Well, let's just do spots!   
Sometimes a match doesn't have to follow a typical pro wrestling psychology structure. Sometimes you can tell a story where the fans want to just WATCH and be entertained.   This match style can kind of suck though, honestly. You have to almost work twice as hard and take bigger bumps to get the same reaction you'd get if you had ANY heel in the match. But you're booked, so how do you have your first ladder match? 
 As a beginner pro wrestler, PLEASE study with your focus on: 
◾How can I tell a story WITHOUT any heel tactics? No eye pokes, no hair pulling, no low blows. 
◾If I'm in a ladder match, what are 3 moves I can do to ANYONE? (Hint at 5:45 ) 
◾Ask yourself: am I able to do this SAFELY? If the answer is no, DON'T DO IT 😊
