With former soldier and Strictly star JJ Chalmers The Freudcast

    • Business

As giant leaps go, JJ Chalmers has made more than most – and literally too. As a lance corporal serving in the Royal Marines in the Afghan war, JJ was caught in an explosion that killed other soldiers and left him with life-changing injuries. Despite struggling to cope for years afterwards, JJ’s involvement with the Invictus Games led to working for Channel 4 on their coverage of the Paralympics. Most recently, that literal leap, when JJ swapped the green beret for shiny sequins to compete on Strictly Come Dancing. For The Freudcast, JJ spoke to freuds’ own former soldier Ed Lane Fox.
