The internet is filled with tips and tricks on understanding, handling and dealing with our own anxiety. it can get exhausting trying to process all that information. therefore, in this video, I try to process all the info into bite-sized chunks of pure unadulterated workable pieces of action.  



    A lot of young people don't realise that their thought processes could be riddled with anxiety, and not knowing the ailment stops us from treating or taking action. therefore, I started to make this as a tool or a guidebook for them, so that they can have a better grip on this matter.
