yoga for everyone

I was curious to see what yoga could do for me and decided to try Chaz's class online. For the last year I have been following Chaz's class each week and building on my yoga but also on myself as a person. I must say it has given me a lot more than I expected. I find myself more focused and stronger in mind, body and spirit and looking forward to having more and more yoga in my life everyday. Unlike conventional classes, if you miss anything, you can always reach for your laptop and review a class over and over again, just as good as a personal trainer. I highly recommend subscribing and trying it out for yourself. Namastai, Geoff
