I LOVE to run and i want to empower you to be the best you with your running and life, whether that be training to run a sub 3 hour marathon or completing a couch to 5k programme.

This April i will be taking on London Marathon and hope to complete my first Sub 3 hour Marathon just a few weeks before my 59th birthday.

When i took up running a few short years ago, i never envisaged running a marathon, let alone achieving the times i have up to now and being selected for the England Marathon Masters team 2020.
