Therapy Tuesday would be a weekly podcast, where we’d be sharing the stories and experiences of young people all over the world. We’d also interview a variety of noted figures and celebrities about their experiences with mental illness or trauma . The aim of this podcast is to encourage and help young people from minorities community have vulnerable conversations to show that it’s OK to struggle with the conflicts of being who you want to be versus who society expects you to be. We’d also be sharing mental health resources and advice from renowned psychotherapists.

    Therapy Tuesday - International Women’s week #ChooseToChallenge

If you or your loved ones are affected by some of the issues raised during the Duke and the Duchess of Sussex’s interview with Oprah, I’d like to let you know that there are many organisations around the world to support you.

There’s a comprehensive list of suicide hotlines, crisis lines, and helplines from all around the world on our website at
FACEYOUTH, just search for the mental health resource center. In times of need, reach for the phone. You have nothing to lose. Calling a helpline, crisis line, and or a suicide hotline is a great way to be heard and get support or sound advice on how to tackle approach your problems. When help is needed, this is an excellent place to start.

Therapy Tuesday - Post Valentine’s Day Reflections

Therapy Tuesday - Post Valentine’s Day Reflections

It’s February 16th, and while some people may have woken up the morning after Valentine’s Day in a haze of romantic bliss, others will have spent the day asking their pets where it all went wrong. Do not feel pressured to “keep up with the Jones”. Of course you want to feel loved, and of course it hurts when you don’t get the same energy you give out in return.
Just remember that everyone is on a different level of understanding. Try to believe that when someone is hard on you it may have very little to do with you at all. Life goes on and remember that you are more than enough!
