Kyle Hermann was born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona. He graduated from Arizona State University attaining a bachelor's degree with a concentration in marketing and real estate. His interest in real estate comes naturally. His family is involved in residential and commercial real estate development, property management, and brokerage ownership.
He has a true passion for the residential real estate industry, the combination of marketing, technology, and real estate expertise has taken him far in his career. However, his integrity is what clients appreciate most. Kyle is very honest and transparent while he educates his clients. In addition to his experience selling homes up to $8,500,000, he also has a Broker License, the highest level of real estate licensing, manages his own rental properties, and has completely renovated multiple properties of his own.
Outside of real estate, Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, dog, and friends. In addition to his hobbies of playing hockey, camping, and golfing.
