Victim Mentality
Boy, did I get humbled this week!
You know when you just have one of those shitty weeks? Yeah, that’s me right now.
As I was complaining about all of this to my roommate and telling him that someone is out to get me, he stops me in my tracks and tells me “You know the world doesn’t revolve around you, right?”.
I really thought about what he said and decided to explore it further.
So, welcome to Natalie’s Take On…victim mentality.
I do need to start off by saying that I’m not a big fan of self-diagnosing or of labels, so we’re gonna pretend that that’s not what I’m doing here.

Therapy
We're talking about a controversial one today. Therapy. I was always pretty skeptical of therapy, until I found the right therapist and the right form. I honestly don't know where I would be today without all the hard work I did with her.
Who knows? Maybe you'll hear something you like.
