Bonus Episode - Choir
Welcome to a special bonus episode.
In November 2021 we spent a week learning to sing before entering the world of group singing when we joined a choir. If you listened to the show, you may remember us telling the story of Mandy, a member of the R Voices choir and talking about how being a part of the choir community supported her through her cancer journey. Her voice features as a solo in "When We Were Young" during and at the end of the show. Since recording the episode, Mandy's cancer returned and we are deeply saddened to share with you that she passed away last week. We wanted to re release this episode as a tribute to her, to the choir who are grieving her loss and so the world gets to hear her beautiful voice again.

Eliza works as an award winning professional vocal coach and session singer and songwriter. She teaches people of any ability, beginners to professionals. She works within the film and tv industry preparing actors for roles that require singing - also with numerous professional recording artists. Many of Eliza's clients are preparing for West End shows, film and tv work, TV talent shows such as The Voice and Britain's Got Talent. Eliza is able to professionally record any project during her sessions. Her teaching studios are in Marylebone W1, Camden NW1 and Finchley N3.
Richard Forbes
Rich Forbes is a London based Singer, Songwriter, Composer, Vocal Coach and Choir Master.
After graduating from Musicians Institute London, 18 years ago, he has performed, written and produced in studios and on stages all over the world, working with and alongside artists such as Sam Smith, Paloma Faith, as well as finalists from Britain's Got Talent and X Factor. His wealth of experience in technique and live performance has allowed him to extend his coaching into London's West End, where he currently has clients in various productions including: Beautiful, Thriller Live, Bodyguard, Wicked, Dirty Dancing and Starlight Express (Germany).

Snail Mucin
It’s been a while since we have had an experimental show on SCC, but when this product came up all over our social media, we couldn't resist.
Some things sound too gross to be true and slathering your face with snail secretions for glowing, acne-free skin is one of them. So obviously we had to try it out.
