 About Jamie Muñoz
Jamie Muñoz is proud to have been in the business aviation industry for nearly 24 years. Raised in a small farm town in rural west Texas and the daughter of two full-time ministers, she saw first-hand the lasting impact of leading with compassion and has sought to apply that approach to every facet of her professional career. As a teenager, she began working for an FBO at Dallas Love Field and soon fell in love with the industry. She would go on to spend nearly 17 years with that organization working in management, dispatch, sales, marketing, and business development roles and initiating the inauguration of the organization’s 501(c)(3) which continues to raise money for veterans and children in need. During her tenure here, Jamie was awarded a scholarship by the NBAA which she used to earn her FAA Dispatch License from The Institute of Flight Operations & Dispatch in Dallas. In 2017, Mrs. Muñoz branched into technology by going to work for a Fortune 100 company where she oversaw FBO software development. While managing this and other technology initiatives, she earned her CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certification. In 2020, Jamie was a Top 40 Under 40 recipient by the National Business Aviation Association for her work in the industry and in the summer of 2021, Jamie was offered the opportunity to serve as General Manager for a brand new FBO, where she currently works. Mrs. Munoz also serves as Co-Chair of the NBAA YoPro Council and YoPro Go! where she enjoys lobbying and advocating for positive industry change. Outside of her career, she is actively involved in her community and mentorship and has served as a board member for Rotary International, CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate), and as a motivational speaker in juvenile detention facilities in Texas. She and her husband enjoy golfing, attending sporting events and cheering on their little slugger (son), Maddux.

Growing up in poverty in a small town in central Massachusetts, James Keyes seemed destined for a difficult life—one working at the local factory alongside his father and struggling to get by. Instead, he went on to become the CEO of 7-Eleven, where he increased shareholder value by tenfold during his tenure and led the sale of the company to its Japanese licensee.
