The “influencer” who has influenced me the most
My only regret is not finding Emma’s podcasts earlier. There are a very few people in this world who I would blindly believe in, and Emma is one of them. She’s not just a fitness instructor, but a lifestyle coach who has helped me broaden my mind and change my lifestyle for the better. Her podcasts were with me during my walks at some of the lowest points in my life. I started following Emma for fitness tips, and she is the best in this field. But it doesn’t matter what your goal is, if you just want to become happier, wiser and a better human being, follow esgfitness.
