    For the first 5 years of my fitness career, I learned SALES.



    I learned how to make the most appealing offer regardless of the real fulfillment of results. The bottom line was how to close the biggest package, sell the most programs, bring in the most monthly revenue...REGARDLESS OF THE VALIDITY OF MY SERVICE.



    Over the past 3 years I have since forgiven myself. I can see how I was misled by following the "Winners" of the fitness industry. The "Winners" in my eyes were the ones who were bringing in the most views, income, clients.



    But what about impact? What about healing? I had no radar for it then...



    I was taught the wrong metrics of success. So I followed the wrong practices of service. I was contributing to the confusion.



    I share this to show that I mean no judgement, as I was no better...BUT:



    The sales pitch of SIMPLE, EASY, INSTANT, ETC...



    Has become the industry standard pitch for people's SERIOUS & LIFE-ALTERING STRUGGLES.



    Inevitably, this will lead people to hop from one quick fix to another...regaining trust for a new "expert" before being let down again. Only to lose hope in their real healing, each time through this loop.



    So this video is specifically NOT a quick or easy fix. Actually the opposite. It will take some learning and some time. You can handle this, you have to...there's also no other sustainable route.



    My goal isn't even to give you all the answers to your Sciatica...but rather:



    To lead to you ask the right questions. To understand your pain better, find clues of how you ended up here, so you can make your own roadmap back home.



    YOU are the expert of YOUR back. You have to be. I hope to give you context & direction, with all the things I learned as a former back sufferer. This is the realest help I could offer.



    It won't push sales, but it will save lives. And for that, I can sleep tonight just fine.



    I hope this first video on Sciatica brings you some hope and clear direction. Each day that you learn, explore and train...you are getting closer to your pain-free goal.

    How to Fix Your Own Low Back Injury

    To find the right solution, you must first identify the right problem.

    This took me years of my injury loop to understand. As I connected the dots of my past ignorance it started to become very clear to me. I was misled about the entire situation of my low back pain & injuries.

    Given how normal it is in society & gym culture to NOT train the low back directly...and how equally normal it is to have low back problems with time...

    I realized how even the best "solutions" given to people...will not be complete. The greater big picture first has to be understood. Had I just been taught that:

    1.) The low back is comprised of living adaptable tissue, all from the deepest layer to the biggest visible muscles. There is no point of just preserving it. We must BUILD it, gradually.

    2.) A "GOOD" low back is not just an uninjured back. A "GOOD" low back is one that is resilient, strong and mobile. Therefore a "BAD" low back isn't just an INJURED back. A "BAD" low back is one that is sensitive, weak and immobile.

    3.) Pain ≠ Injury, and Injury ≠ Bad Back.

    However, the more your back is like the "Bad" back(sensitive, weak and immobile)...the more likely it is to get injured. And the more dysfunction & injury you face, the more likely it is for you to have pain.

    People tend to disregard correlation entirely and debate about the CAUSE. However, I think it's a much better effort to put all the controllables in your favor. The majority of things in life improve best this way. Being directionally correct is enough.

    4.) If it can slowly break down, it can slowly rebuild.

    It's only law. Only those who try will figure this out. All of this is a spectrum, over time. Not an instant light switch.

    These principles would have guided me through all the endless technicalities and seemingly conflicting information/expertise on the topic.

    It's a confusing world out there. Especially in the space of healing & the body. I don't claim to know all of it either. I don't even think it matters...

    The most important thing I could offer you is the right GOALS & DISCERNMENT. So then you can navigate everything out there, to achieve those goals.

    Which for me are...

    A life of gratitude, that is free from back pain & hopelessness. One of the greatest curses is to feel trapped in your body. It's one of the greatest gifts we have. I hope you find your way back to feeling this.

    You will.

    There is hope!

    It's my goal that you can learn from my experiences and save yourself some time and pain in the process of your low back rebuild.

    One of the biggest realizations I had when stuck in my injury loop, was the concept of matching my capacity to my demands. Whether this was sprinting, squatting...or just sitting and standing.

    Seeing this more as a math equation put the power back into my hands. Through consistent training of the low back directly, I began seeing relief from all the former triggers of pain.
