Hey there, B******e Breathers. Grab your drink of choice and let's dive into a topic that's got everyone curious. You see, being behind the scenes with celebrities, athletes, and singers gives me a unique perspective. People often wonder, what's their secret sauce? What sets them apart not just in their careers, but in their personal lives too?
I'm currently on tour with musicians, in playoffs with sports teams, and training performers. From 18-hour shoots to intense stage performances, I've seen it all.
I’m spilling one of the juiciest secrets I've uncovered.
It all boils down to this, choosing to listen to your body and taking time to relax. Each day, we face many choices, big and small. And guess what? We also have the power to prioritize ourselves and our bodies. That's where the magic happens.
Those A-listers have mastered the art of taking care of their bodies above all else. Whether it's preventing injuries or boosting performance, they're all about keeping their bodies in top-notch condition. We could all take a page from their playbook.
Take singers, for example. I've seen firsthand how my tailored game plans can save their vocal cords from strain. And athletes? It's all about pinpointing weaknesses and supercharging strengths. The goal? To reach the summit of their game and stay there.
It’s time to think about your body. Are you giving your body the respect and love it deserves? I'm talking about more than just a quick fix, it's about a lifestyle shift. You've only got one body. So why not treat it like the MVP it is?
I'll level with you, investing in your health might seem pricey. But compare that to your weekend bar tab, and suddenly, it's a no-brainer.
Trust me, I've seen the consequences of neglecting your health, and it ain't pretty.
I've got your back. From simple exercises to personalized plans, there's something for everyone.
You deserve to feel amazing. And it all starts with choosing to put your health first.
So, what are you waiting for? Let's raise a glass to prioritize what truly matters because when you choose your health, the possibilities are endless.

Welcome back, my b******e breathers! We are diving into the ultimate stress-busting tip that's going to have you feeling more relaxed in no time. Seriously, who doesn't want less tension and pain? Am I right?
Let's cut straight to the chase. What's the magic solution? Drumroll, please...
    It's doing less.
Yep, you heard me right. In a world where we're constantly hustling, sometimes the best thing you can do for yourself is to schedule some good ol' blank space in your calendar. Like Taylor Swift says, "that blank space baby." Trust me, it's free, and it works wonders.
I know sitting alone with your thoughts might sound scarier than a horror movie marathon, but bear with me here No phone, no screens, just you and your thoughts (and maybe some calming waterfall music if that's your jam too). Sounds kind of nice, right?
Start with just 30 seconds to a minute and watch the stress melt away like ice cream on a hot summer day.
Now, I won't sugarcoat it, it's not going to be a walk in the park, especially if you're a Type A personality like me. But the hardest things often yield the sweetest rewards. And trust me, when you're less stressed yourself, your pain will melt away.
    You've got this.

Let's take a breather from our busy day, Butthole Breathers, shall we? If you're digging these little tips I'm throwing your way about stuff to help with stress, pain, and all that jazz, you have to check out my weekly newsletter called The Pep Talk, where I dish out more nuggets of wisdom to help you ace this game called life.
Ever feel like you're stuck in work mode even when you're home? I hear you. So today we're tackling that issue head-on with some solutions.
How's your hump day going? Stress got you feeling like you're stuck on a hamster wheel? Don't worry, we've all been there. But let's ditch the wine and Netflix binges for some healthier options, okay?
First things first, let's get moving. Cue the dance party! Trust me, nothing beats shaking it off with your favorite song, just ask my 160-pound furball, Hayward. Then there's a walk, even a short one around the block works wonders. Get outside and get your body moving.
Now, onto my favorite move in the whole wide world: pressups. Lay on your belly, let your dog assist if necessary (thanks, Hayward), and get those arms pumping. It's like a sloppy cobra from yoga, but remember to breathe!
We can’t forget about breathing into your butthole. Yep, you heard that right. It's all about finding your center and letting go of stress. Whether you're lying down, sitting, or doing yoga on the wall, just breathe and let it all out.
Finally, take a moment to reflect on three things you're grateful for today. It's the perfect way to end your mini relaxation session before diving back into the hustle and bustle.
So there you have it. Simple, realistic ways to chill out and show yourself some love. Share these tips with a friend in need, and let's spread the relaxation vibes together.

Let's talk about the importance of being real with ourselves, especially when it comes to our health. I'm all about making treatment fun because when you enjoy the process, you're more likely to see results. Whether it's work, parenting, or hitting the gym, injecting a bit of fun can do wonders for reducing stress and increasing happiness.
But here's the thing, sometimes, we've got to have those tough conversations. Even those little things that you think aren’t related, you have to spill the tea with your doctors. Lately, I've noticed a trend that needs addressing when it comes to people going to doctors to get support in their healing. The people-pleasing tendencies in the doctor's office, really can set you back in your ability to heal. You know who you are, the ones who hold back, hoping everything's fine, even when it's not.
Look, I get it. You want to please your doctor and show progress, but holding back vital information isn't helping anyone. Again, even if you think it’s unrelated, we need the full picture to craft the best plan of action.
Trust me, even the seemingly insignificant details matter.
Let me share a story. A client of mine seemed to be improving with simple exercises, but something wasn't adding up. It turns out, they were holding back crucial information about their health. And guess what? It led to uncovering a serious issue early on, thanks to a comprehensive approach.
Stop playing doctor with your symptoms. Be open and honest, even if it feels uncomfortable. Your doctor needs all the pieces of the puzzle to help you effectively.
Remember, it's not just about chasing pain; it's about restoring functionality and overall well-being. Whether it's bathroom habits, bedroom concerns, or unexpected changes in energy levels, no detail is too small.
    Let's make a pact, b******e breathers.
Next time you're at the doctor's, promise to spill the beans, no holding back. Your health deserves it. Share this message far and wide, because together, we can ensure everyone gets the care they need, when they need it.
Alright, that's all for today. Remember, your health is your wealth. Stay real, stay healthy.

I'm chatting with you from the comfort of my bathtub today, and I figured there's no better spot than here to chat about something pretty cool—cold plunging. Before you start thinking you need a fancy gym membership or expensive gear, let's keep it real. Sometimes the best things in life are the simplest, right?
Cold plunging, have you tried it yet? I'm curious to hear your thoughts. It's been trending lately, and I recently gave it a go after returning from Iceland, where I jumped into some chilly waters. I get it, diving into cold water isn't everyone's cup of tea. But trust me, the benefits are worth considering.
I'm not going to throw a ton of scientific studies at you because the research is still ongoing. But here's the thing, I'm a firm believer in listening to our bodies. And let me tell you, cold plunging has some potential perks, like helping with stress, boosting moods, and even improving sleep.
Sure, it's not the most comfortable thing at first. I mean, who enjoys being chilly? But here's a challenge for you: embrace a little discomfort this week. It's in those uncomfortable moments that we often find growth and help relieve those aches and pains.
My own cold plunging journey started in Chile, where I convinced my husband to give it a shot. And now, it's become a regular part of our routine. You don't need fancy equipment either, just a bathtub or a cold shower will do. Start small, maybe 30 seconds at first, and see how you feel.
PRO TIP: crank up your favorite tunes while you're at it. It makes the whole experience a lot more enjoyable.
Now, before you go jumping into icy waters, a word of caution: if you have any health concerns, especially heart issues or if you're pregnant, it's best to check with your doctor first.
And if cold plunging isn't your thing, that's totally okay. You can even just dip your feet in the cold water to receive the benefits. Take a deep breath and remember to relax. I challenge you to breathe into your b******e during the process.
I'd love to hear about your cold plunging stories and experiences. And if you're curious about my adventures in Iceland, hop over to Instagram for more.
Until then, stay warm and embrace the chilly side of life.
