Ameya K. ,

Excellent podcast for the amateur runner

I love that it gets into the technicalities of various aspects of running - different training approaches, training tools / gear, strength work with some of the top experts as well as great recreational runners that one can relate to. Simple Q&A that breaks down very technical subjects also into simple components.

Love listening to these during my very easy training runs.

Excellent podcast on running and fitness

Raj is extremely passionate about what he does and that’s clearly evident through his quality of podcasts. Very informative and inspirational at the same time. I would really love to hear Kipchoge on this podcast. Please try bringing him.
