This week on the podcast is a great all around all levels class for the whole body. This class happened to be all men so if you know a guy interested in trying yoga, this might be a good class to try. Not best for a complete beginner's first class (for that, see the Yoga For Beginners course on http://www.quietmind.yoga) but addresses many of the common areas of tension for men like tight neck and shoulders, hips and hamstrings --- though, of course, anybody can have those tensions so this class is great for all genders and all levels.
