This week I thought jeez I haven't done a solo ep just chatting for AGES. So that's what we are doing. I chat all about the last month or two (wisdom teeth are GONE) and about what I have been doing to get back into routine after a month off from life. It's that time of year where I think we all need a bit of a pick-me-up so I hope this helps!!

This is without a doubt one of the best episodes on THCYM.
Paul Dillon joins me on the pod. Paul is an author, educator, podcaster with podcast ‘The real deal on drugs’ AND ‘Doing drugs with Paul Dillon’. Paul has been in the area of drug education for almost 30 years and is the owner of DARTA (Drug and Alcohol Research and Training). Paul travels around Australia and other countries presenting to organisations and schools and educating people on drugs. I can't express how much I learnt from Paul during this chat. Not only about the content itself, but how important it is to get the messaging right and how much I can improve here too (always learning my guyssss!!)

HOW'S YA HEAD | NEVER FORGET TO WALK THE DOG
Hello ello how are we everyone!!!
Today we have the wonderful Q (or Keiran) in the studio for an honest chat about parenthood, golf and feeling like you're not doing enough. Q is a host of the Tee It Up Podcast and a professional drug dealer (works in pharmaceutical sales xx). We talk about how Q feels about the fact he's about to become a dad and how absolutely wild that experience can be for those who are not carrying the child. We talk about exercise and how this is the catalyst for Q being his best (and that dogs are the answer to our problems). This was a really fun and lovely chat and I'm super grateful for Q for coming on. Hope you love it!!

Today I have Tom Haddon in the studio. At the age of 24, Tom was diagnosed with testicular cancer. April is testicular cancer awareness month so Tom has come on to THCYM to talk all about his personal experience, what to look out for, how to open up the conversation and more. You will learn so bloody much and be insanely inspired today after listening to Tom's story of resilience through a crazy period of his life.
Tom is positive, funny and an all round legend. Hope you guys enjoy this one as much as I did.

A small hiatus and we are back. Today I have Mil in the studio to chat all things teacher life, relationships and the importance of taking time for yourself. Mil is a sports fanatic (listen to her pod Shanked It here!!!) and tells us all about why sport is so bloody important to her and her life. We talk about young relationships and how important it is for them to end sometimes (and why you might be grateful for that as you get older).
