Many of us have been in situations where we feel like we're just going through the motions, following a set plan but still feeling lost. In this episode, I contemplate with myself the importance of having a plan, but also the need to be flexible and adaptable.

Navigating a completely new career path, family business, and building my own family has completely turned my life upside down. I never expected all this at once but life sometimes gives you lemons...

Recently, I decided to take the plunge. I left my job and am taking a step back from my filming career to take a step forward of becoming the 3rd generation of my family business. In this episode, I explain how I came to this decision, and what I've learned so far about the difficulties with family businesses as a whole.

We're excited to share our fifth episode with you, featuring an entrepreneur who confesses he had no idea of the direction he was going in and wasn't even sure what business he was in! This goes to show that perseverance is (a little) important! 🤏
Kent Teo started in a tiny 3x3 stall and over the next 10 years expand to over 6000 square feet of space and wasn't even running and operating the space himself! 😜
He's now responsible for some of the largest events and flea markets known in the South East Asia region and is set to expand and help others thrive in this market as well.
