I have to admit how sitting with these amazing guests allows me to be inspired as well as appreciative to deliver the message each and every single guest has to share.  Honestly I can not imagine a podcast of just my thoughts can captivate the audience and connection within each story and experience transpired among these extraordinary people.

Today's guest is Ricardo Wilson, supreme individual with enough focus and dedication to make you run through a brick wall. His devotion to self-improve, motivate and train in the boxing circuit is unmatched and respect is well deserved. Many people have entered his routine of circuit training, boxing fitness and have come out winners, stronger, healthier and this is just his happy time.

Ricardo will share in this episode how he became what I like to say a Master Trainer and entrepreneur, how he failed and overcame challenges to become successful and continue his drive for more.

Next on DreamBIG Podcast you will hear from Garcia, another brother of mine from CHP!  He will go in depth of how he started as an MC striving to professionally package his music and distribute himself to building momentum in the city of Miami with a radio hit single "Clap Yo Hands!".  Mike decided  to attend film school, engaging with Miami hiphop icon DJ EFN to begin Coming Home Series where eventually taking on full steam in directing music videos from Kodak Black to the legendary group The Police own's Sting and Shaggy and many many more.  As fate would have it he was able to fulfill destiny by working alongside Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox which led to MTV VMA historical Moonman award that is well deserved and both Garcia and MGK first nomination and win from the prestigious MTV VMA!

Many years Garcia has shown relentless passion to continue his journey in the film world with short film releases of Avaricious, Siblings and most recent Sophism which have garnered him many offers into the Hollywood circle which we will support and witness further his growth as a film maker and "Art-trepreneur!"

DreamBIG continues to display a balance of outstanding individuals that all share a common theme in this platform which is to Dream BIG and overcome all doubt, trials, tribulations of uncertainty and achieve greatness!

DreamBIG Podcast season 3 has been special,  I'm extremely appreciative of all guests that have sat with me or more than occassion spoken on the cellphone due to the new normal however being able to continue documenting the ever growing foundation this platform is developing is truly my own #DreamBIGMoment !  
Coach Allison Bustamante is not only an athlete in her own right, this episode will explain her journey of where she started and arrived to capture true emotions and discipline in doing so but an ever growing entrepreneur in the field of sports, basketball to say the least.  Youngest of three siblings add on three step-siblings playing sports is definitely a component in her competitive nature, mentors to learn the mental aspect of the game brought her insight of sharing her knowledge, experience to fill the void in South Florida girls basketball program.  Applause to all the other girls program all over Florida that are instilling this same culture.  
This is a special treat for listeners to witness growth from a young girl straight out the 305 to South Bend, Indiana and return with an entrepreneurial spirit and prove its worth everyday from the love of basketball. Honestly my own Favorite sport as well!!

This is a personal favorite episode for me and I'm realizing that I'm surrounded by well grounded individuals who strive for the betterment of there own business as entrepreneurs and uplifting their own generational wealth!  It is so important for me to have created this platform to continue the efforts one gives sacrificially to endure success.  DreamBiG Podcast brings to light one of the hardest dedicated entrepreneurs I've ever come across. Best thing about this situation is he is also a close friend of mine who I've known for many many years. Hector Cruz from Chicago, Illinois with Puerto Rican decent arrived to Kendall, Miami, Florida and trailblazed his own path with his Antonino's Pizza and Pasta restaurant located in Hollywood, Fl. He began career as an Owner 12 yrs ago and doesn't show a glimpse of slowing down, expansion is on the horizon.

Hector, also known in the hiphop world as one talented lyricist, Heckler!  He has recorded many songs with everyone from Lil John, Gorilla Zoe, Pitbull, Capone-N-Noreaga just to name of few.  You can hear him on DJ EFN's mixtapes, album "Another Time" and his long awaited album "Life and Entertainment" in 2014.
