So today, we're being honest and getting real about how the Holidays can be for a lot of us, AND the tools to cope so that we can be our most real, and truest selves during this time.
By leaning in, practicing these ideas, and becoming aware of the madness that can transpire around this time is how we can get out of the Holiday hamster-wheel we find ourselves in.
