Recorded in sunny Andalucia Spain, the show follows conversations on a variety of topics with friends, strangers, teachers, experts and anyone else met along the way.

As a chronic stress, trauma and mental health specialist who’s also qualified in psychology, nutrition, yoga and shamanic medicine - it’s safe to say that she is a well of wisdom.
