Speaking openly and truthfully about humans and our deeply rooted connections to one another.

Authenticity is the Frequency of the Future

Authenticity is the Frequency of the Future

The truth is, you always been authentic but not to yourself (as you are meant to be) and it is time to reclaim any reminances of you (as your true self) away from how people percieve you. If you want to be the eye of the beholder of your own life, it is time to reflect on the story of your life, how you think of it, how you share it and whether you are fully present in the life you live through how you have lived it so far. It is in how you begin to tell your story, that you are able to exist beyond the past to create the future in the present.

    Daydreaming: Destructive or Purposeful

In today's day & age, we are encouraged to dream a big dream and to do it in such a way that oftentimes evades the reality of how much time, effort & reality is lost in our day dreams or whether there is an effect on us. This podcast episode focuses on discussing what daydreaming is. This pertains to the different types of day dreaming, the areas of the brain that are activated by daydreaming, the disorder associated to daydreaming and the possible ways we can control our daydreams by way of focusing on visualization.

    - imagination
    - visualization
    - default mode network
    - medial prefrontal cortex
    - posterior cingulate cortex
    - partial cortex
    - positive-constructive daydreams
    - guilty-dysphoric daydreams

Pendulum swings from self-hate to self-love

Pendulum swings from self-hate to self-love

An unfiltered discussion/analysis with myself on how a persons awareness of themselves, help to identify behaviours of love and hate within the body, as energies used towards changing one’s own future and the life they attract around them. In simple terms, the acknowledgment of one's own personhood and awareness of who they are as a seperate entity from others, reveals the peace that exists within them. The peduulum swings a lot more slower and sometimes not at all; when balance is restored in our minds, our lives reflect this peace by how many people we attract to which reflect the frequency we have upkept as humans living in this world of chao and disorder. The choice to act within love or within hate is all directed by the triggers, motivations and beliefs a person has in this life and the magnitude of energy in them that desires to be better than who they were a second ago. Being Human

    Being Human

We are often told human existence cannot simply exist as being representative to everyone in the same ways— I do not believe that is the case. Human beings all go through similar experiences in ways that are diverse yet they tackle the same types of scenarios & topics. In knowing we are not alone in our experiences, we are able to be far more open when speaking about our lives, what we go through & the lessons we have learned in a ways that shed more light than darkness. It is time to be honest about what it means to be a human.
