Anat Shperling is co-founder of Toya, and an experienced social entrepreneur and developer of programs for female empowerment. In 2004 she founded the Women in the Picture Association in Israel, leading a change in the status and representation of women filmmakers; the association’s flagship project was the International Women’s Film Festival. Anat also serves as the chairperson of the film repertoire committee at the Israeli Ministry of Education.
