FNMA, Smoke Detectors, Carbon Monoxide Detectors, Lender Revision Requests, & Response Addendums.

My smoke detector/carbon monoxide detector addendum in response to the lender revision request.

This was the first time I had ever received a revision request like this & the first time I have ever had to develop a response like this. 

AT TIME OF INSPECTION, THE APPRAISER DID NOT NOTATE THE PRESENCE OF ANY CARBON MONOXIDE

AND/OR SMOKE DETECTORS. THE APPRAISER MAKES NO GUARANTEES THAT CARBON MONOXIDE AND/OR

SMOKE DETECTORS WERE PRESENT AT TIME OF INSPECTION OR THAT THEY WERE IN NORMAL WORKING

CONDITION.



I am working on building a new website for my appraisal business. Soon, whenever i finalize everything, you will be able to access many items like my addendum's through my website. Would like to do that for a couple reasons. One is because I am already keeping my unique responses stored in a file so I can reference in the future, the second is so the public can access them in a fairly neat, orderly, & easy to find format.
