In the late summer of 2016, an explosion of heroin overdoses and deaths hit the Tri-State. In just four days, 174 people overdosed in Hamilton County, and people were dying within an instant of shooting up. The entire community was teetering on a deadly edge, with addicts failing to heed the desperate warning coming from the coroner.
