Maybe you grew up saying Hey You Guys. Maybe the Tv show Electric Company made Hey You Guys cool. But one of the Listen & Learn or Not hosts doesn't think the phrase is so cool - especially in the podcast world. While it seems harmless, have you ever stopped to think about its impact? Laurie discusses the reason it bothers her and possibly others who might feel the phrase -- while the intent is usually to make listeners feel inclusive -- can actually cause some to feel excluded.
