    Embracing God's Calling

    Embracing God's Calling

Everyone who were called by God in the Bible tried steering away from their calling. We all have a lot of excuses to say, but God does not disqualify us because of all those, he qualifies us instead by empowering us and leading us all the way. This is my story. I hope it encourages you too.

    Six Days Of Creation

    Six Days Of Creation

Last Week we discussed: 1)First 2 verses describing the creation of the basic elements of the Physical Universe and How the Spirit of God initiates the energizing of everything. 2)The gap theory that suggests a cataclysm has happened when God created the world because of Satan’s rebellion leaving the earth in water and darkness, but we also said that this belief is problematic scientifically and theologically because it is self-defeating. Scientifically problematic because it does not accommodate the geological ages, and theologically problematic because the Bible tells us that death comes in when Adam brought sin in, not before he was made.

And now we will be talking about the next six days of the Creation

    The Creation of The World

    The Creation of The World

We are now on the second part of our study about the book of Genesis. We have finished talking about the overview of it and today we will be starting with its actual content and we will be starting off of course with The Creation of the World.
Mr. Morris mentioned in his book that it has often been pointed out that if a person really believes in Genesis 1:1, He will not find it difficult to believe anything else recorded in the Bible. If a person believes that God really created all things, then He can also believe that God can control all things and do all things.
The very first verse in the book of Genesis creates a big impact in the whole Bible being its foundational verse and to its readers because they were the very first words you get to read when you first have your Bible. And this verse is very remarkable because it refutes other false philosophies concerning the origin and meaning of the world.

003 Who Wrote the Book of Genesis?

003 Who Wrote the Book of Genesis?

We will be continuing our study about the book of Genesis using the book by Mr. Henry M. Morris called The Genesis Record. On our first week we talked about Why is it important to study the book of Genesis, last week we discussed about the different Origins discussed in it and today we will be talking about it’s Authorship. Who wrote the book of Genesis? Just like the other books of the Bible, Genesis was written under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. As what 2 Peter 1:21 says, “For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by The Holy Ghost.” Also in 2 Timothy 3:16, ‘All scripture is given by inspiration of God and is profitable for doctrine, reproof, correction, instruction & righteousness. Now, if God is the inspiration and the fuel why the book of Genesis was written, who then were those people who were moved by Him to write?

    The Book of Genesis: Origins

    The Book of Genesis: Origins

A continuation from our Study Series: The Book of Genesis. The word “genesis” (Greek) means “origin” and the book is named like that apparently because of what’s written in it. Because of the stories it carries. It gives us the only true and reliable account of the origins of all the basic entities of the universe and of life. For this episode, we will be talking about the overview of the 14 Foundational Origins mentioned in the book of Genesis, and in the following weeks we will start to look at them in details.
