She reads articles rather than new leadership books, likes reading fiction novels to relax and loves traveling and has a great passion for cooking.

Nick Williams is a journalist at Milwaukee Business Journal and a professional multimedia reporter. His writing journey begins when he was a student influenced by his parents and four other leaders afterwards. As a black male journalist, he believes we are in that point in time when diversity is welcome. The ability to tell someone else’s story and document the history is what keeps him going.

Matt Cordio is the Founder and President of Startup Milwaukee and Co-founder and President of Skills Pipeline. He has always been entrepreneurial-minded influenced by his father. He loves reading leadership books and spending time in the desert. Matt appreciates core values like integrity and loves doing business with people who are ethical.

Andy Gallion is the CEO and co-founder of InCheck, a background screening company. Andy candidly shares the AHA moment when he realized that he was not performing the way a true leader should perform and had to steer himself into the leader he wanted to become despite his insecurities.
