Thoughts," delves into what it's like to be a member of the mental health community in the 21st century and goes over different misconceptions, stigmas, and problems that are associated with the mentally ill to provide those who are not with a clearer understanding, as well as attempting to create a feeling of fellowship with those who have the same struggles that I do so they know they're not alone.
