Smile and accrue all benefits of smile by Manam

My dear friends let’s smile, smile please!

Smile, keep smiling, it’s the best language, it’s the universal language even a new born baby can understand.
Smile is the longest word in the world of dictionaries because there is a mile between two ends of the world.
The most attractive personality wears smile, the most powerful personality distributes smile. Ladies who wear smile need not wear any makeup to look beautiful.
I don’t loose my way as long as I have a smile on my face.
I don’t loose my way as long as my smile others smile.
I don’t loose my way as long as there are people to show me my way.
I don’t loose my way as long as there is a way to tread path for me.

If I tell you story how many times do you like it to be repeated? Do you laugh at a joke again and again if it is repeated again and again. No, isn’t it? Then my dear friends why do you cry at a bad or unhappy incident that happened in your life again and again?
Keep smiling, accrue all the benefits of smiling. God bless you.

Hey, champion, you are born champion! You have defeated, 400 million sperm to win!

Hey, champion, you are born champion! You have defeated, 400 million sperm to win!

    My dear friends,

A doctor friend of mine who studied the Pre University Course with me in the Karnataka Science College, Dharawad, told this beautiful motivational story to me. I am presenting this to you.

#Science says that the amount of semen that is released once an adult healthy male has intercourse contains 400 million sperm. So, according to logic, if that amount of sperm found a place in the womb of a girl, then 400 million babies would be created!
Out of these 400 million #sperm, running like crazy towards the mother's uterus, only 300-500 sperm survive.

And the rest? They die of exhaustion or defeat on the way. These are 300-500 sperm, which have been able to reach the ovum. Only one of them, a very strong sperm, fertilizes the ovum, or takes a seat in the ovum. That lucky sperm is you or me, or all of us.

Have you ever thought of this great war?

    1. When you ran "there were no eyes, hands, feet, head, yet you won.

    2. When you ran, you didn't have a certificate, you didn't have a brain, but you won.

    3. You had no #education when you ran, no one helped but you won.

    4. You had a destination when you ran and you ran with a single mind, aiming at that destination and you won in the end.

    - After that, many #babies are lost in the mother's womb. But you are not dead, you have completed nine full months.
    - Many babies die at birth but you survived.
    - Many babies die in the first 5 years of life. You are still alive.
    - Many children die of malnutrition. Nothing of that sort happened to you.
    - Many have left the world on the way to growing up, you are still.

    And today ......

You panic when something happens, you get frustrated, but why? Why do you think you lost? Why have you lost confidence? Now you have friends, siblings, certificates, everything. There are hands and feet, there is education, there is the brain to plan, there are people to help, yet you have lost hope. When you did not give up on the first day of life. Fighting to the death with 400 million sperm, you have won the competition alone without any help by running continuously.

Why do you break down when something happens ?

Why do you say I do not want to live?

Why did You say You lost?
It is possible to highlight thousands of such things, but why are you frustrated?
Why would you lose? Why rate? You win in the beginning, you win in the end, you win in the middle. Give yourself time, ask yourself what talent you have.

You are born champion, you are born champion because you ran towards the ovum to occupy it without any preconditioned mind. You have defeated 400 million competitors.

Today, you have to live to experience the marvels of the world.

Today, you to live to see the miracles you are capable of creating.

Today, you have to live just to provide the necessary inputs required to your adversaries who want to wipe you out, and make them fail again and again. Enjoy it.

Today, you have to live just to keep your friends and relatives happy and comfortable. They wish you safe and secure life always.
God bless you. Live for thousands of years, like Bhagawan Buddha.

    God bless you.

Ten basic principles to live happily longer as was followed by great writer Khushwant Singh by Manam

I’ve often thought about what it is that makes people happy—what one has to do in order to achieve happiness.

1- First and foremost is good health. If you do not enjoy good health, you can never be happy. Any ailment, however trivial, will deduct something from your happiness.

2- Second, a healthy bank balance. It need not run into crores, but it should be enough to provide for comforts, and there should be something to spare for recreation—eating out, going to the movies, travel and holidays in the hills or by the sea. Shortage of money can be demoralising. Living on credit or borrowing is demeaning and lowers one in one’s own eyes.

3- Third, your own home. Rented places can never give you the comfort or security of a home that is yours for keeps. If it has garden space, all the better. Plant your own trees and flowers, see them grow and blossom, and cultivate a sense of kinship with them.

4- Fourth, an understanding companion, be it your spouse or a best friend. If you have too many misunderstandings, it robs you of your peace of mind. It is better to accept the differences than to be quarrelling all the time.

5- Fifth, stop envying those who have done better than you in life—risen higher, made more money, or earned more fame. Envy can be corroding; avoid comparing yourself with others.

6- Sixth, do not allow people to descend on you for gossip. By the time you get rid of them, you will feel exhausted and poisoned by their gossip-mongering.

7- Seventh, cultivate a hobby or two that will fulfill you—gardening, reading, writing, painting, playing or listening to music. Going to clubs or parties to get free drinks, or to meet celebrities, is a criminal waste of time. It’s important to concentrate on something that keeps you occupied meaningfully.

8- Eighth, every morning and evening devote 20 minutes to meditation or introspection. In the mornings, 10 minutes should be spent in keeping the mind absolutely still, and for listing the things you have to do that day. In the evenings, five minutes should be set aside to keep the mind still and 10 to go over the tasks you had intended to do.

9- Ninth, don’t lose your temper. Try not to be short-tempered, or vengeful. Even when a friend has been rude, just move on.

10- Above all, when the time comes to go, one should go like a Person without any regret or grievance against anyone.

Depression would not be a problem if you love your self, if you are nice to yourself, if you’re sweet to your self. If you get love, if people are nice to you, if people are sweet to you, you will not be depressed. - Manam
