5 Steps To Being Taken Serious by  Commercial Brokers 

Clear expectations-what will you need to do due diligence/criteria? Let's qualify the buyer and the seller to see if there is even an opportunity to collaborate. 
Track record - what projects have you closed, do you have financing plan setup, what is your business plan? Exit strategy? 
Communication-whats your structure, will you be syndicating?
Be willing to pay up Front- time/underwriting-go through example and spend the time 
Don't run through yellow lights-Get everything cleared up front So you can Perform!
