No gaps, cracks or spaces between adjoining or sistered lumber!  All of these cracks and seams throughout the home were sealed with caulking to ensure an airtight building envelope for this project.

Fiberglass Batts were also installed on all of the inside walls, to  help dampen the sound transmission between rooms.
