Now that the school year has started and we're all trying to find that rhythm. I know that if you're at a school site, odds are you're short-staffed. It's happening everywhere. If you're new to using Chrome or need to have a little refresh, then you're in luck There are many simple things for you to do inside of Chrome that can make your workday a little bit easier. Since I'm a shortcuts user, let me share a few of those that you can use in Chrome.

Last week I had a viewer of a video that I made in 2018 ask a question regarding conditional formatting and checkboxes. Now, when I created this video, it wasn't all that great. I still didn't want to talk on my tutorial videos, so I had music. Some loved it, others did not. I would like to think that I've evolved a bit since then, even if I did end up taking a year off as this was A YEAR like no other.

The formula used in the conditioning was =And($D2=1,$E2=1).

In today’s episode, we’re going to talk about how with a little bit of work on your part you can get your Gmail to do some of the work for you. Now hear me out. There’s work involved, and no, it won’t automate your email, but by doing a few things ahead of time you’ll become more organized and hopefully more efficient while working in your Gmail account.

I apologize that this had to be broken up into two podcasts, but to keep it in bite-size pieces and to not bore you to death, it's been broken down. In this episode, I gave walkthroughs on how to create not only one but two signatures in your email, how to create a canned response in templates, and how to automate it, along with how to schedule an email to go out at a later date and time.
