Climate change has been a hot topic (pun intended) for quite some time. You may have seen recent documentary films about it and it was even a big topic of debate in our presidential election last year. And in our line of work, we often get asked the solar panel question when helping our clients buy or sell-  and that is whether or not we think it is a good idea to install solar panels or buy a home with solar panels. Put simply, the question is- to solar or not to solar?
